Marasmus/Kwashiorkor

We believe that because there is depletion of muscle tissue and hypoalbuminemia, 
decreased protein, decreased fat stores, and limited gut function, this patient suffers from 
a combination of both marasmus and kwashiorkor, leading to his malnutrition.
