Coursera is a social entrepreneurship company that partners with the top universities in the world to offer courses online for anyone to take, for free. I'm on a course with hundreds of fellow students from the US, Poland, Mexico, Nigeria, India, China, all over the planet. Definitely check it out, things like that seem like the future of education.
So I recently took "Introduction to Musical Production" with Loudon Stearns from Berklee. There are weekly video presentations and quizzes you can take to test your knowledge. Extremely cool.
As assignments, we have to do tutorials on the material taught each week. The professor said that the tutorial has to have an introduction, a lesson and a reflection, and that we would be graded on our focus, our accuracy and our presentation.
