Nutritional Regimen

Calculate a nutritional regimen for the patient based upon your assessment and explain the reasons for your 
decisions.  If it is an enteral regimen, be sure to include all the steps as outlined in the “Designing TF” 
document in the RD Office References.  Similarly, if it is a parenteral regimen, follow the steps as outlined 
in the “Designing PN” document in the RD Office References.
