Explanation of Marasmus and Kwashiorkor Combination: 
 	
	We feel that the patient is not suffering from a combination because of 
the absence of clinical signs for kwashiorkor. The facts under the combination 
heading on the CMAP are all related to a diagnosis of Marasmus. We placed the 
facts there because they relate, but not enough so to lead us to believe that it 
is a combination.
