Discharge instructions:
	1.) Resrict activity to leash walks and swimming.  
	2.) Give Rimadyl daily for two weeks
	3.) Feed Large breed puppy food 1-2 times daily (restricted amount)
	4.) Recheck dog in two weeks for reevaluation and discussion of surgical options
5.) Contact us if pain worsens, or vomiting and/or diarrhea are noted or with any questions.
