Diagnosis:

Based on the radiographs and clinical history of being hit by a car, Ramon has a midshaft 
fracture of the right tibia with several loose bone fragments, and fracture of the left femur 
with complete dissociation.  Otherwise Ramon appears stable with a possible stress 
leukogram, but he needs to be monitored further to watch for other complications.
