Specialty Exam Results: Radiographs Left femur shows complete, closed, segmented diaphyseal fracture with splintered bone fragments. There is marked soft tissue swelling. Right tibia shows complete, closed, mid-diaphyseal fracture with splintered bone fractures. Clinical Pathology There is a decreased HCT, most likely resulting from the hemorrhage. There is a neutrophilia with no left shift, hyperphosphatasemia and hyperglycemi which are consistent with corticosteroid administration.
