G-Excess Illusion

The G-Excess illusion is described as heightened G sensation. The heightened G sensation is derived from otolith activation during head movement in high-G fields. This head movement is produced by significant, sustained tangential linear velocity. Otolithic activation can produce changes in the perception of aircraft attitude and nausea.
