Oculographic illusion

The oculographic illusion is a type of somatographic illusion. It occurs in two ways. In the first, inertia from forward linear acceleration causes the otoliths to sense a nose-high attitude. In the second, inertia from posterior linear acceleration causes the otoliths to sense a nose-down attitude.
